By accessing or using forum.stepford.uk (SCR Forum), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

  • 13+ Only: You must be at least 13 years old to use this site.

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Relationship to Roblox and SCR Developers

SCR Forum is an independent, community-run forum. * We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Stepford County Railway (SCR), its development team, or Roblox Corporation.

  • All game-related assets, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Content & Conduct

This site is strictly dedicated to the discussion of Stepford County Railway.

  • Prohibited Behavior: You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, or violates the Roblox Community Standards.

  • Cheats & Exploits: Discussion, distribution, or promotion of cheats, exploits regarding SCR or Roblox is strictly prohibited.

  • Off-Topic Content: We reserve the right to remove discussions regarding other games or unrelated topics to maintain the site’s focus.

5. User-Generated Content License

By uploading media (including but not limited to screenshots, videos, fan art, or guides) to the Service:

  • You retain your ownership rights.

  • You grant SCR Forum a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and reproduce that media for the purpose of promoting the Service.

6. Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user, or remove any content, at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. * This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these terms or behavior deemed detrimental to the community.

  • Decisions made by the administration team are final. However you reserve the right to appeal any moderation action unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, technical failures, or the conduct of other users.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Västra Götaland, Sweden.
